Woah. I’ve been up to my eyeballs in actual RoR app implementation for the last few months and have been doing my best to keep on top of new 1.1 features, but never having the time to really get stuck in. But reading about the new integration tests part of the framework in 1.1 is the kick I needed to move to edge rails.
I’ve been mulling over the idea of what it would take to do something exactly like this for a while, but as usual, the rails community seems incredibly symbiotic with where I am. I start thinking and working on something and it quickly becomes apparent that a lot of other people are hitting exactly the same problems at almost the same time.
